Mosaic Knitting with Dawn Barker

Learn to make intricate stitch patterns using just one color at a time.  Mosaic knitting is a colorwork technique that uses two contrasting colors, a charted pattern, and slipped stitches to create complex geometric designs.  While the designs can be quite complex, the technique is simple, resulting in patterns that look more difficult than they really are.

In this class we will learn about basic color theory and contrast to make selecting colors a breeze, demystify reading mosaic charts, and cast on a project together.
